Great company to launch your career into the legal world
The good thingsBenefits and feeling of working in a small company but with a global outreach. Surprisingly HR policies have developed past that of a small company quite fast so acceptable work loads and work life balance.
The challengesWhen I worked there last, career opportunities were hard to come by and what was presented was incremental.

    Unnecessary Stress
The good thingsAs with every workplace, some of the people I worked with were top people. Some not so much.
The challengesMicro-managing at every level. Incompetant middle management. Speak up about something at your own risk.

The good thingsCertainly room to move roles and provide good experience for lower level positions
The challengesManagement have very little in the way of management skills and only invest in training and culture to appear to do so

A job, where endurance is a necessity to survive, being as flexible as a circus acrobat is helpful. Learning these life skills will set you up for a good working career, once you have had sufficient time to mentally and physically recover.
The good thingsThose who were employed who stayed (longer than 2 months) were lovely, good, honest, hard working people. The team worked well together under stress, sickness and heartache (after a death of a team member, where management failed to provide counselling to the workers) you know at the end of the day, you can do anything! (even on half an hours sleep!)
The challengesNo \"work/life balance.\" In today's society, we seek a good balance between life outside of work and work. Law In Order, managed to make you feel guilty for not wanting to (or able to) work weekends and \"forced voluntary overtime\" was often, sometimes overnighters were pulled (as in working 30 hours straight)
