Read the Glassdoor reviews, they are 100% accurate. If you dont believe them, trust me you will in 3 - 9 months. If you are a keen observer, it'll only take the first 3 months.
The good thingsin all transparency, Work Live Balance is Good and Culture is Good - Only if you belong in the right Team. Hence the three-star rating.
The challengesRead the Glassdoor reviews, they are 100% accurate - nothing changed from 2014 to 2024 reviews, look them up.

I wouldn't bother, look at the market and the new innovators in the market making a change. You would be more appreciated and have better career opportunities.
The good thingsSome great people as it is a big team across AU
The challengesManagement makes shocking decisions and promotes people who put in minimal effort. They are very clicky and they don't listen to the market/their clients on what they want from the costly software. Little to zero career progression opportunities and they promote 'flexible working' yet you are told you have to be in the office X amount of days.

The managers were very supportive. Very fun place to work in and everyone helped out servicing the Clients regardless of their status in the company
The good thingsKnowledge is shared throughout the company. People are great and friendly. Managers treated their staff with respect.
The challengesThe integration of MS Office and the software keeps breaking. Constant reset to get the addon to integrate.

Interested in money, not staff, clients, or product
The good thingsWork with many nice staff, free fruit and breakfast, gym membership, social club.
The challengesCan't afford to pay staff well but can buy yachts and pay for crazy bar tabs. No communication between departments making it impossible to do your job well. Senior management is arrogant and unreasonable. Lots of senior staff have left or been made redundant.

Come here at your own risk
The good thingsThe many good people who come here but
The challengesHuge staff turnover, regular redundancies, arrogant inexperienced and inappropriate CEO, expectation to always be in early and work late. Loyalty means nothing. This is not a workplace to develop your career

Best company I have ever worked for.
The good thingsStaff is encouraged to bring forward ideas and make them work for the company. Company looks after their staff with a great atmosphere, no micro-managing of your duties, encouraged to discuss issues that arise with your work on a daily basis in huddles. Breakfast and lunch are provided by the company as well as monthly massages, yearly immunisations, gym membership etc.
The challengesI have encountered no challenges at this point.
