    Very disappointing
The good thingsOffice has a good view?
The challengesDealing with slow SAP systems, poor phone system, very slow systems that will never get fixed because IT department do not fix any issues or constant complaints. Poor management that does not manage teams at all, only care about making friends as to trying to fix or manage anything.

Feels like being part of a big family, with all the pros and cons
The good things- Supportive colleagues: many colleagues will do anything to help - Social bunch: opportunities to connect with your colleagues, great for newbies - Agile transformation: ways of working have been reviewed to transition into an Agile environment
The challenges- Senior Leadership: either supportive and inspiring or disengaged and morally questionable - Slow-paced work culture: while this is changing it can be challenging at times

I enjoyed my time here as I have found new friendships and learnt a lot within this industry however there was a lot more room to learn but not enough resources or time to organise this.
The good thingsEveryone is lovely to work with great atmosphere, location
The challengesTo get the right training when you start is very slow. The training needs to be number 1 priority for new starters. Contract and temp positions for 12 months very hard for permanent positions unless your full time. They do not offer permanent part time for mothers if they did I would of stayed!

Great company, lots of personal development.
The good thingsThe past two years have been awesome, really good people, interesting work and great opportunities to develop. The culture is developing in Agile and there is an emphasis on personal development which is really great.
The challengesThe location means I get my 10,000 steps in! I don't mind it though as it is right next to the DFO.

I took a few weeks off, genuinely sick as well as grievement leave, they never let me forget. Kept bringing it up months later. Don't be too attentive to detail with your work, as this \"wastes company time\"!
The good thingsI met a few great people there, and was trained really well by my senior. Lunch room has a great view. They stick to processes.
The challengesAll give, no take. Micro-management. Difficult management to work under.
