    Reflect on whether leadership and practices are sustainable for long-term client confidence
    The good thingsThe office location is good and allows for easy access to the food, etc. There are decent amenities like fruit, beverages, coffee machine...
    The challengesLeadership is detached, reactive, and out of touch with operational reality. Staff are routinely burdened with unnecessary, pressurising directives that waste time and erode morale. Working for this business means little to no stimulation or development. This is not the place to grow your career, and it is more of a stepping stone.
