    I consider myself lucky to be a part of the LHD team and would highly recommend as an employer.
    The good thingsI have worked with LHD WA for over 7 years since its opening and in this time, I have grown along with the office gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have been provided great support and guidance from my director and have progressed in my career within the firm. I am lucky enough to work in a wonderful environment full of people who are not just colleagues but friends.
    The challengesAs with all firms, the workload can be challenging at times, but this is reflective of the firms rapid growth.

    The good thingsLHD is a great place to work. Hard work and dedication is rewarded and appreciated and doesn't not go unnoticed. Management appreciate any recommendation and are willing to accommodate. The firm is always progressing and trying to improve in processes. I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day.
    The challengesThere are no real challenges, no two days are the same, the firm is a fast pace working environment which helps you grow and develop as an individual.

    An absolutely fantastic employer that runs a plaintiff personal injury practice as it should be run.
    The good thingsThe firm has a very supportive and collaborative working environment. The management team is driven, and has a very clear vision and plan for the growth of the business. The management team is accessible and supportive to members of staff. There exists an excellent work/life balance. Remuneration and incentive schemes are excellent.
    The challengesEstablishing a new interstate office from scratch had its inherent challenges. With the support of senior management, those challenges have been met as they arose and the business has grown as a result, which has been a rewarding experience.

    I am surrounded by amazing work colleagues, who care about their job and the Firm as much as I do
    The good thingsI have been with LHD Lawyers for almost 8 years now. I started as Legal Software Precedent Administrator, guided by the Managing Director. I was able to build on my skills , gain experience in the Legal Industry over the years to become a Systems and New Enquiry Team Manager at LHD Lawyers. I have certainly learnt a lot from the Directors over the years. They have taught me that there is always room for improvement and that our key focus is smashing our goals to make the Firm better. I am also fortunate to be surrounded by amazing work colleagues, whom I have worked with over the years and care about their job as much as I do. They share their knowledge to make the Firm better. We work together and help each other to make the Firm stronger. All my success and knowledge I owe to the Directors. I am proud to be part of LHD Lawyers.

    Great firm, great results, great people!
    The good thingsLHD Lawyers Perth has produced some good results. Having specialised in personal injury litigation, in a relatively short space of time it has become one of the top compensation firms in WA, and an employer of choice in the profession. It has a great firm culture and a pleasant environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best and exceed. The team is close-knit and pull together to provide a quality service to clients. This is noticed and appreciated by clients who find it easy to relate and converse with their legal representatives.
    The challengesThe challenges are all positive - firm growth, keeping clients happy and delivering quality work within a good timeframe.

    A company that allows you to have a real career no matter your position at the firm.
    The good thingsI have been with the company for 7.5 years and started fresh out of high school. The management team have helped mentor me into a great employee and I have had the opportunity to progress in my role and be involved in decision-making for the firm as a whole.
    The challengesI initially struggled to adapt a good work/life balance due to a heavy workload but was offered to relocate to a smaller, regional office in my home-town to help get that balance back. The firm recognised my loyalty to the company and worked with me to find a compromise.

    The challengesToo many to count. Lack of stuff and resourcing, poor client service, overcharging and under resources not to mention a high lack of communication

    I am really glad I made the move to LHD
    The good thingsThe people at LHD Lawyers are fantastic. There are many hard working, motivated and professional individuals that really give their all. This creates a great environment of people. There are a lot of great legal mentors here which adds a lot of value to secretaries and junior lawyers.
    The challengesLike any new environment its difficult to to find your feet and get to a point where your peers can see the value you can add.
