Supportive team, positive culture, and genuine trust that encourages growth and development .
The good thingsI had a really positive experience working at Liaise Marketing. The company has a strong focus on relationships, both internally and with clients, which makes the day-to-day work rewarding and engaging. Management are approachable and supportive, and there is a genuine willingness to listen and provide guidance when needed. I was given a high level of trust and autonomy in my role, which allowed me to develop professionally and build confidence in my skill set. Liaise offers a collaborative team environment and exposure to a wide range of clients and responsibilities, making it a great place for someone looking to grow their experience in sales and account management.
The challengesAs the business evolves, ongoing refinement of processes will support future growth.

I was very happy working at Liaise Marketing I only left due to health reasons. The management team from the owner to my direct manager were always supportive helpful and understanding. Liaise Marketing has a great team environment and works hard to keep that. There is always some one to help and pitch in should you need it. All staff are approachable. I would recommend this company to any one looking work with in this job sector.
The good thingsGreat management and a wonderful Twam environment. Very supportive and I was able to get a good work life balance.
The challengesWith this kind of role you have to be able to adapt from day to day. There is always lots of added small jobs to fit in so thinking on your feet and being organized is important.

    Amazing, amazing, amazing!!
The good thingsMy boss was absolutely amazing! No micromanaging and very supportive and helpful in everything i trouble understanding. I enjoyed the variety of stores, driving/travelling, the different people you interact with in store and the fact we could manage our own territory. Loved that I was trusted in doing my job. Didn’t ever feel like I was at work as I loved what I did. Best team/job I’ve ever worked with/for.
The challengesChallenges I faced was remembering the managers names and trying to close gaps in IGA stores.

Regretful, constantly felt rejected by stores and the overall stress/pressure was not worth it.
The good thingsThe free samples, freedom, varied workdays and nice work colleagues.
The challengesFar too much travel, unrealistic expectations from management, stressful work environment with way too much pressure to perform and treated horribly by in-store staff.
