The good thingsThe good things are the people and how they work towards making it a great place to work. They always try to let you develope in the work place and encourage you to learn and build on your career.
The challengesThe challenges come from it being a listed company on the Australian Stock exchange as you can feel stress in the workplace if the price drops or something happens and people in Australia seem to doubt the company just because of a bit of a glitch.
