    Supportive, hands-on environment, where close leadership access make it easier to get things done.
    The good thingsIt’s a down-to-earth environment where there’s a good level of trust and autonomy. Having direct access to the CEO also helps streamline decisions and keeps communication clear. I’ve also appreciated the exposure to different areas of the business and the opportunity to keep learning.
    The challengesAt times, the pace can be fast and priorities can shift, so being flexible is important.
