    Overall a great experience so far.
    The good thingsVery helpful and supportive HR team with plenty of opportunity for growth and learning. Employees in the Melbourne office are fun to be around. Some of the perks include novated car leasing and purchased leave, and corporate discounts for health insurance, car hire, and hotels.
    The challengesVery lean team so you find yourself doing multiple roles (to an extent). Operational site managers can be tough to communicate with and to educate.

    Upper level management driving a toxic work culture, middle management wont think twice to besmirch your name to make themselves look good.

    The challengesUpper level management driving a toxic work culture, attitude towards WHS where profits are put in before of safety, lack of structured training and support for new employees.

    The challengesLinx itself, have absolutely no idea how to run a vehicle transportation company in Autocare. After 12 years I’m glad I’m leaving!!!

    Good for the experience but not for a long term career
    The good things1) Workplace flexibility 2) Large organisation 3) Multiple business units in Logistics, so if you're wanting to know more about the supply chain, this company will give you a good insight into the field.

    I will miss working with the team at Linx and wish I could go back in time and not have a work cover incident.
