    Little in both name and mindset
    The good thingsVery flexible on wfh
    The challengesPoor and archaic processes. Very disorganised management with slow, unclear communications. Particularly from HR & the Sales team. HR was very rude and often a hindrance in daily work life. Little supposedly has core values that no one seems to abide by. Two states have now been sold off, with mass exodus and no job security. How long before NSW? Wouldn’t recommend working here unless you want a quick pay day and short spell on your CV.

    The good thingsBefore I started at Little, I wanted to get out of real estate altogether! I lost my passion for the industry however since starting at Little, my passion has been renewed and I've stepped out of my comfort zone to progress further in my career like I've always wanted. The work/life balance offered is the best I have come across. The working environment is positive and fun and makes coming to work exciting! The opportunities to progress further in your career and within the company are endless. The support from management is amazing.

    Great company to work for, coming from a hospitality management background working for an array of different businesses & managers this has been by far the best experience.
    The good thingsLove the flexibility, able to work remotely or from any office and flexible with hours/ compressed fortnight. Good career progression, clear pathways & training and my managers are really invested in me and where I want to go.
    The challengesMost of my team are based in VIC so I don't have the same social aspect that the property managers/ sales teams have.

    Horrible experience with useless company.
    The good thingsNothing, horrible company.
    The challengesDealing with the Management or lack there off, they are rude to staff and take no accountability. No proper systems in place to ensure that clients (both landlords and tenants) are being taken care of and management have a "just figure it out" approach to everything. Disgusting.
