    I have hands-on experience in customer service from working at local shops in Seoul, where I developed strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most is working in a team-oriented environment where everyone supports each other. I really enjoy interacting with customers, helping them find what they need, and seeing their satisfaction. It motivates me and gives me a sense of achievement.
    The challengesWhat I don’t like is when communication is unclear, because it can lead to mistakes or misunderstandings. That’s why I always make an effort to confirm details and keep open communication with my team to avoid problems.

    Fine but it is a toxic workplace that isn't fun to be around.
    The good thingsThe free product and staff discounts. Most are friendly and welcoming.
    The challengesHR take you in circles. Many people unashamedly claim your work as their own and won't give you any credit. Managers found guilty of mistreating employees were promoted to get them out of that role. Many people were managed out by unachievable or immeasurable goals in a 3-week performance plan.

    The good thingsFast-paced and intense work environment, highly intelligent and competitive team members, expectation to challenge the norms and create newness, flexibility around how we operate rather than a manual/repetitive process.
    The challengesLots of ambiguity can be a challenge for people who need more structure, culture of debate is not always easy - and you have to be very resilient to it.
