    Loved it!
The good thingsGreat Australian owned company, that has moved with the times. To provide beautiful products for the customer & up to date technology & stationery for the Consultant. Lots of support, training & opportunities.
The challengesThe main challenge I found is the limitations you put on yourself. You can achieve a lot with this company if you let yourself try.

Lorraine Lea is the most positive, enjoyable and rewarding job that I have ever had.
The good thingsLorraine Lea is a family-owed Australian business which has now been going for 30 years. It ticks all the right boxes for me as being an ideal Company to work for. Over the last three years I have found it to be very rewarding both personally and financially, with flexible working hours around my family. The positivity of the Company is second to none. They care about their employees and this is proven by the length of time that many ladies and also men have been with the Company. The opportunity to develop your career on your own terms is awesome. Full training is provided in a fun and professional way. Opportunities for travel and other perks and benefits are open to everyone - not just managers. This business can be done 'part time' or 'BIG time'. I choose 'BIG time'!
The challengesI believe challenges can be as 'hard' or as 'easy' as you choose to make them. I haven't found anything too difficult or too challenging. By following the processes that the Company has in place, and with guidance and training available to us - most challenges are easily overcome. We have monthly team meetings to guide us forward.

I just wouldn't do it again.
The good thingsWorking with people directly is always fun
The challengesHaving to push people to buy more or have more guests at there party, also I ended up putting a lot of my own money into it through the starter kit and petrol to go to parties and team meetings. The amount you earn is purely commission based and I never ended up earning the amount of money that I spent to do the work. You don't earn a lot unless you sell a lot.

It was a wonderful experience and further down the track I may consider it again.
The good thingsWorking your own hours and around your family. The money can be good, and the hourly rate is high. There is alot of praise when reaching targets and encouragement to get further.
The challengesBooking parties to keep things going can be challenging, but if you put in time and effort the rewards can be great. The income is commissions only.
