    The good thingsWhen I joined Lucas 5 years ago I had zero sales experience and looking for an opportunity. I was taken in to this close knit family business as a sales assistant. Through weekly training, constant internal development and collaborating with a great bunch of people, I now lead a team of three while selling roughly 100 properties a year. This wasn’t luck or a fluke – it was all because of the chance to excel under strong leadership within a market leading agency.
    The challengesThere is a lot to learn and like everything in real estate, it’s fast paced and competitive. Expect to get your head down and ready to succeed.

    The good thingsSince lockdown began we have all adapted to the balance shift combining WFH/office environment. The team have thrived in this space and have never been more productive and balanced whoever they choose to base themselves daily

    The challengesThe only challenge for me personally was the travel from home- no challenges with Lucas though.

    The good thingsGood things: Staff car parking, the occasional EOFY function, most colleagues are lovely and their friendships really made it worth coming into work.
