    HORRIFYING .... traumatising !
    The good thingsI can honestly say there is nothing good about working here
    The challengesWhere to begin - management are sadistic and evil. They actively don't pass on information to you to meet targets so they can set you up. Managers will micro manage you and actually watch you work and dictate to you "Hurry up close that email - open the next one. Hurry!" Terrible!

    The good thingsFree food and some discounts for staff when travelling
    The challengesLack of communication and transparency. Some managers been there for so long merely because they have a good relationship with the owner. They don’t know what they are doing and lack of business skills.

    The good thingsTravel benefits are great. Discounts are real but don't bank on a famil.
    The challengesMany areas of the organisation have no vision beyond answering today's question. Little or no time is allowed for a half-decent solution.

    Was a fun place to work, covid made it a nightmare that management ignored
    The good thingsFast paced and dynamic work environment was challenging but fun
    The challengesStaff treated as cells on a spreadsheet, nothing done to address morale, people who struggled during the pandemic were performance managed out of the business
