    Although the environment is fast-paced, other employees and management are quite helpful in terms of constructive criticism and correction which has personally allowed me to grow and perform independent tasks aptly while still being mindful of the safety of self and others.
    The good things- Team and group-based focus in order to achieve daily objectives/orders - Friendly staff
    The challenges- Overcoming the pressures of performing tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Adapting to different areas of the workplace without slowing down the pace of the conveyor belt lines.

    It was a good experience but wouldn’t work there again.

    The challengesAs a supervisor my job was very demanding and hands on and lead by example. I had to put a lot of extra hours being on a salary. Hardest challenge was pleasing the main office in Sydney as they looked at the results only disregarding the obstacles that we faced being in Perth.

    The good thingsFlexible starts, mostly autonomous work, allows you to be creative. Lynch staff are very supportive & helpful.
