    A perfect place of employment.
    The good thingsI have worked here for over 4 years and this is the best place I have ever worked in my life. The culture is great, the work life balance is there, the DP and all managers are great. Full support and training are provided to all employees.

    So far my experience has been great so far.
    The good thingsGreat place to work and enjoy the company of my workmates. The company is changing and you feel and see the changes. More and more management interaction with the staff is great as well! There are more and more good people coming on board which is great to see!
    The challengesThere always challenges in the workplace, some negative and some positive. I can only see positive challenges which makes my day go so much faster

    The challengesHorrible, poorly managed. Huge staff turnover. Minimal training, no progression. No work life balance. No consideration to family. Treat workers poorly, with no respect. Pay rate extremely low. Commission has many hoops to jump through to be achieved.
