    Needs new Managers.
    The good thingsNone really, the work and resource material available was adequate enough to do teaching and administrative duties.
    The challengesHave to deal with useless middle managers who sat around all day doing nothing and not helping at all.

    It was a great honour to work with such a great group of people from different backgrounds and cultures.
    The good thingsGood manager, coordinators and we had a great cooperation between the teachers and all other staff members.
    The challengesHelping our students was a great challenge to make them to study hard and achieve their aims. Night teaching was difficult.
