A draconian organisation stuck in the past that was not a career enhancing experience.
The good thingsA few good people that existed in pockets of goodness that were unfortunately drowned out by egomaniac individuals.
The challengesManagement not leading and showing a complete lack of interest, lack of communication between departments. Individuals who are more interested in self promotion than the benefits of the business.

Could not wait to get out of there. The mass redundancies were a blessing in disguise
The good thingsVery hard to list the good things in a place where management doesn't support you. They are always looking for ways to cost cut.
The challengesNo one in the building who understands radio, no support from management. The only things they do well is to be 100 percent negative, all of the time.

The good thingsGood experience and stepping stone for someone who is looking to dip there foot in Commercial Radio in a Capital City. Pizza on Ratings Day Most staff (Non Management) are friendly
The challengesUpper Management don't take staff concerns seriously Willing to let good employee's walk out the door due to poor management Senior Staff rarely take ideas from junior staff on-board

    Proceed with caution
The good thingsThere are some great people in the creative and production units and in sales and admin and around the place.
The challengesUnrealistic budgets and poor budget setting with not much thought behind it. Staff are encouraged to fight over business and will undercut other sales reps and overall very few people in sales or traffic are happy. You could be OK if you're a sole flyer and a bit of a cowboy, don't go there if you value teamwork and expect to be genuinely supported. It could be great, but that would take a management overhaul.
