    The good thingsThis role has given me the opportunity to develop both creatively and professionally. The collaborative environment makes day-to-day work enjoyable, and the team is genuinely supportive of your growth. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, and it’s reassuring to know your contributions are valued. It’s a great place to build your skills and establish yourself in your field.
    The challengesOne challenge I enjoy is the constant learning curve, whether it’s adapting to new platform algorithms or developing fresh creative approaches. Managing multiple channels has accelerated my growth and strengthened my ability to prioritise effectively. The supportive team environment makes these challenges both manageable and rewarding.

    Challenging in the best way with a team that genuinely supports you.
    The good thingsI started working as a Marketing Associate without direct experience with the role for Maid2Match but I've had so many opportunities to learn and grow. I love the working environment the most because it's encouraging and the management is approachable and supportive. I honestly look forward to our check-in meetings because I'm working with a team of amazing people. Also, it's really rewarding to see that the work I do is valued.

    The good thingsThe people are amazing! Working closely with a team that truly wants you to succeed and celebrate your accomplishments has made every experience with Maid2Match enjoyable. I started working for Maid2Match a little more than three years ago as a permanent part-time Field Staff servicing lovely, consistent customers. Today, I am a full-time Field Staff Team Leader which has now given me the opportunity to manage my own team, while also being apart of recruitment and training.
    The challengesSome responsibilities were new to me, so stepping into a new role has presented some challenges, but I've had the support of a team that is always willing to help.

    I've experienced more professional growth in 5+ years with Maid2Match than I believe I would have been offered elsewhere. I'm recognised for my work ethic and passion for my role.
    The good things- The people are one of the best aspects of working for Maid2Match. A lot of effort goes into hiring the right people, which results in a friendly, supportive, and engaging environment. - There are endless opportunities for career growth in both the office team and field team. I personally joined Maid2Match in 2019 in a part-time capacity. Fast forward 5+ years later and I am full-time, managing a team of high performers. - Management is approachable and understanding. Whether it be the CEO or Field Staff Team Leaders, everyone is communicative and ready to help. - As a company, everyone genuinely cares about what they do.
    The challenges- As a part of the back office team, we work fully remotely with the exception of quarterly in-person meetings. While I enjoy and want a full-time remote role, there are of course times where it would be nice to see teammates in person more often.
