    Buyer beware - this organization is mostly focused on gathering data and statistics.
    The good thingsThe other field staff are wonderful and cheery. Clients are lovely too (for the most part!)
    The challengesUpper management is disconnected from the front line. Does not value staff and has unrealistic expectations. Main focus is on securing funding.
