Great place to establish long term friendships whilst growing and maintaining a career.
The good thingsGreat firm that was located in the Macarthur region so therefore close to home. Excellent to be able to manage the work/life balance of having a family.
The challengesDid not come across many challenges.

1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
A firm providing the room to grow + the training and support to help you do so!
The good thingsThe team is very friendly, the firm is big enough to have some fantastic larger clients, meaning work is always challenging and interesting. Management ensure you are trained well, and that your development is maintained
The challengesThe days are quite long sometimes. However, this was expected when going in for the job, and was explained to me very clearly from the outset - the hours are not surprising, overly/unreasonably strenuous, or forced.
