    Great team, awesome staff, fun place to be!
    The good thingsHonestly the team is great and the Dealer Principal has built one of the best cultures in this indusrty. There is a genuine care for the staff and customers here.
    The challengesHonestly not much comes to mind. The team is great and realy feels like family.

    Wouldn't recommend it.
    The good thingsTraining from no experience to being a competent seller. However leaving was the best thing I've done
    The challengesToxic environment, micro management and false promises. They promise the world with work life balance and family like environment but it's all smoke and mirrors. Also tell you they pay the best in industry which is very false. Pay scheme is often changed and never to benefit you, always to benefit them

    The good thingsGreat team to work with - all try very hard under difficult circumstances.
    The challengesExpected to work very long hours with no recognition or compensation. Constant pressure from management to reduce costs and do more with less resources. Constant pressure and stressful work environment.

    I would definately send family and friends here to buy a car just not to sell them here. 1 of the best in the country to do business with.
    The good thingsThe people. They are genuine good morals, good to staff and look after clients as good as any company in the country.
    The challengesThe sales are almost the least important to the structure tghey have and demand you stick to when selling. Its all about the finance, after market and service. hands are tied to get sales 1 way only and you miss it otherwise. Its not somewhere for a good salesman . Its great for new sales people learning .
