    Company going downhill
    The good thingsCo-workers are great
    The challengesLeader of the senior consultants micromanages and tries to have control over everything. People on boarded continually leave because there isn’t enough support. There have been known issues regarding wait times and an influx of calls, yet the company has not changed a thing to support and help consultants. The pay is not on par with the industry. Could go elsewhere and get more.
