Loved every minute of it, the management were great, and it's a crying shame a change in my circumstances meant I had to leave prematurely, would go back in a heartbeat. The good thingsThe people, the training and support was all there to help you be as effective a seller as you could be. Great culture in the Canberra team and really great General Manager who was always open, empathetic, communicative and supportive. It helps when they have a diverse range of stock that is all of very high quality, so you can believe in what you're selling, and they educate you on your product so you can educate your customers.
The challengesLike anywhere, getting used to the idiosyncrasies of their systems is an initial challenge, but once you're into it and they've trained you, it's really pretty easy.
