Good flexibility (if you need it), good management (although that might've been only my case specifically). However, keeping up with demand in a fast-paced environment is simply not fit for everyone.The good thingsThe work flexibility, the people (both other crew and management), the discounts. Pretty much anything that was in control of the store and the management team was handled really well.
The challengesKeeping up with demand was by far the most stressful part of working here. Often the kitchen would be understaffed, and it would be incredibly difficult to keep up. Additionally, as I got older, I would be given very few shifts - often once a month or less. I no longer had a work routine, so I quit.
