    Experience will vary depending on store, location and staff but all in all it's a great place to work as a first job or for something to hold while you look for full time employment.
    The good things- Flexible hours and work times - (mostly) friendly staff and managers - Plenty of oppertunity to move up in the store
    The challenges- It can get very fast paced and hectic at times - Managers and other crew members can sometimes get on-edge and irritable - Sometimes get very little time to complete other required tasks - Hours are all too easily lost or cut back for regular crew members
