    Great benefits & awful management
    The good thingsThe staff discount is very generous. The education you receive on brand training and product knowledge is fantastic & enjoyable. Customers are mostly very nice.
    The challengesI found it hard to plan my life or even make a doctors appointment given we had to give full availability months in advance yet our roster was handed out at the last minute and shift changes were not allowed.

    Mecca is honestly the best and most inspiring company I have ever worked for. The internal growth and education opportunities and endless. It's a very inclusive work environment and Mecca makes every one of their employees feel valued
