Steady workload but limited leadership and minimal growth opportunities.
The good thingsGood quantity of work coming in from the other teams Director and some employees made the work culture bearable.
The challengesNo support at all. Associate directors are too selfish and have no proper training in how to run a team. Upper management was a mess and there was just no way to improve and grow as an engineer.
