The good thingsa shift once a week/fornight, easy to commit and balance with school/other jobs
The challengestravelling there, lots of construction atm so theres limited parking
hard to connect and make friends since youre always working in different locations with different people

Going downhill under new management
The good thingsCoworkers make going into work enjoyable.
The challengesHigh staff turnover. Poor management at all levels. Upper management making decisions that negatively impact the staff. Managers with poor people skills, don't listen to the staff; lack of support when dealing with difficult customers. Reprimands on casual staff calling in sick. Food quality in the restaurant varies substantially dependent on chefs.

Lots of micro managing no trust in staff or loyalty within company. High turnover in staff which means low morale within organisation.
