    The company was good to work for until they sent our work offshore to India.
    The good thingsjob was great - very diverse. I had good working relationships with my direct group.
    The challengesWhen we were taken over by the USA group, things changed for the worst. They wanted new systems implemented BUT the training was minimal which caused frustration for the staff

    i loved the people i worked with but the company didn't really support its employees
    The good thingsmy direct manager was fantastic. you could pick and choose you're own hours
    The challengesuppper management were focused on reducing costs which effected the base line workers (ie. we had faulty equipment, etc.)
