A great team to work with. Company owners from the US are the biggest problem to the company now.
The good thingsThey had a great team to work with. Everyone was friendly, inclusive, and supportive. It was a very enjoyable work environment.
The challengesEver since the company was bought out by a hedge fund in the US the way the business is now managed from America has become very difficult. Especially since they terminated all the staff in Customer Service for both Australia and New Zealand and moved operations over to the Philippines.

An inclusive, profit-focused company with a supportive team culture and evolving strategies that offer opportunities for growth
The good thingsThe team is a pleasure to work with friendly, inclusive, and supportive. The company fosters a positive and collaborative work culture that makes it a genuinely enjoyable environment.
The challengesThe company has recently shifted its focus heavily toward profitability, which has introduced a level of uncertainty about its future direction and long-term stability.

    Would not recommend working here.
The good thingsGood location, free parking.
The challengesToxic staff who blame each other rather than work together. Generally unskilled management who delegate their own responsibilities away with two managers in particular with a dogma complex.

Repetitive, monotonous job, with little opportunity for growth or innovation
The good thingsWork/life balance Monthly cake days Generally a friendly environment
The challengesNo autonomy over your own work. Other people dictate your work - being forced to create work of poor quality. No opportunity to learn new skills. Stagnate easily due to the repetitive nature of the job. Poor management and communication in between departments creating a disorganised workplace.
