Personally do not recommend it is a mess
The good thingsWorking at this place is enjoyable as long as you have the ability to get with the crowd.
The challengesStandards of work areas are not up to scratch especially in roofing, they recently tried to make change but lacked the staff particularly on afternoon shift to do so. Be aware of staff taking the easier jobs sitting on phones taking the mickey make sure you get fair even work loads and you're not the only one getting all the harder work while they get the same pay. do not ever go above and beyond for this company they will take advantage of it you will get no gratitude not that its expected.
An environment will always reflect your standards, You can show up and run the ball up for this lot and hope the boys will finally catch on and work as a team but it wont work. you can have team meetings and still not manage to meet what was talked about no longer then 6hours since starting. the standard at this workplace is by far one of the worst i have ever, ever come across. nice supervisors they can and will look after those they like but if you not in the bubble forget it.

Just get in do your job. Do not trust anyone do not talk to anyone. Especially management.
The good thingsNot much, no communication and too much gossiping between the management
The challengesManagement to be more professional and updated on HR and dealing with people as they are all very self-concentrated. Not a good work environment.

No compassion for mental health and depression.
The good thingsNot much really. Ok smoking area.
The challengesAbsolutely no training provided. Unreasonable work load and you can tell by the turnover of staff. Told manager I couldn't work the shift due to depression and was told he didn't except it. Feel really let down by this workplace.
