    Low support/ training provided to new staffs, poor management and communication skills (poor attitude), old staffs are favouritism where new staff doesn’t get recognised

    The challengesAsking questions while on training mode, get talked down to from high levels and old staffs, difficult with communication and lack of team support

    Best job in the world.
    The good thingsThe skills learnt, the company ethos, working for the community. Very rewarding to work in an emergency services environment. The work atmosphere day to day is better than anything I have ever experienced.
    The challengesSome stressful, challenging situations that can be pressure filled and require a precision response. You will be pushed, both mentally, physically and skill wise.
