Don’t join. Lowest paid in the industry. Existing employees spread rumors behind your back.
The good thingsThere is no benifits for working there
The challengesWhen you join the company they treat you like you are one of the team, then when the time comes, they will turn the screws so tight it makes you feel sick 🤢 That is why and many others have left the company due to management and up management thumbs screws on your mindset and then they wonder why all their senior staff have left or in the process of leaving.

Highly recommended for evolving Executive and Business Operation Assistants.
The good thingsThe leadership team i supported during my contract as an Executive Assistant were extremely supportive of their teams, they offered mentoring to their staff and more importantly, cross team collaboration to gain further skills and the opportunities to join another team were always a priority. Executive Assistants looking to grow their Business Operations skills are always supported by the growing Assistant network who always collaborated with ecach other. Each leader also offered to provide references following my employment at any point I needed.
The challengesThe working from home policy could be improved by ensuring days set to work from the office were followed through with to give the team the face to face team collaboration and support.

Great place to work if you're someone who enjoys being on your toes!
The good thingsI've genuinely enjoyed working for Microsoft and would rate it as one of the best places I've ever worked at. People are focused and excited about their job and work hard, in a good way. The company takes their people into account and provides them with flexible working and competitive salaries and incentives, so I feel like there is a healthy push and pull effect between the company and it's staff.
The challengesIt is a very fast paced environment, and you need to have a working system for yourself to stay ahead of the curve.

Great benefits and salary but they come with constant pressure to learn new technologies. At Microsoft you have two jobs, the one you were hired for and the other is trying to hit all your core priorities for the year, that are over and above your day job.
The good thingsGreat benefits and salary
The challengesNot the same company since the pandemic, almost no opportunities to meet colleagues as everything is remote. Company now uses every excuse to cut costs as a result of their exorbitant spending in the AI space. Regular layoffs are now a thing, zero job security. Lots of cronyism when trying to apply for new roles and if you do get laid off the company makes zero effort to reassign you. Unquantifiable core priorities that are designed to created ambiguity in rewards discussions.
