    Unsupportive workplace and no one cares to do anything about it.
    The good thingsThe $$$, the mates, the events
    The challengesThe management are unethical, unfair, and unsupportive in my experience. I know many others had much better support, but certain areas are seriously lacking here.

    MWPA still needs a long way to go to be diverse and equal
    The good thingsSome of the people really make the job worthwhile, the salary is decent and there are flexible working options.
    The challengesExec, management and most the HR Team- very unapproachable and only seem to look out for themselves. Lots of favouritism by the exec. Policies and Procedures only seem to apply to certain staff. Comms team are hypocritical and dont preach what they do.
