    I have been here for a long time, there are some awesome people here, the challenges are fantastic and I love the place. it is just a hard market at the moment.

    Production comes above all else in an inexperienced, toxic work environment.
    The good thingsCamp has a nice view and nice grass between rooms.
    The challengesInexperienced upper management, with no Production background. Extremely high turnover of middle management/supervisors. Inexperienced/green operators being trained by inexperienced/green operators. Purple circle driven crews.

    The good thingsBeautiful work and camp location, great group of work mates, know everyone on site on a first name basis.
    The challengesSome issues with management structure and people being employed but not given the power to make big changes that would benefit the company, requires cutting some family/nepotism issues that exist here. Due to company's size limited career progression.
