Not exactly state of the art as described in the job description, pay isn’t great, no room for career development. Management don’t like confrontation or suggestions on how to improve or they never act on it.

The good thingsEasy work, coworkers are great

The challengesNot exactly state of the art equipment, no improvement to pick/packing technology. Heavy lifting on your own
