    Probably the best job I have ever had in my 17 years of work experience.
    The good thingsThe staff at Monarch are all extremely supportive and we work as a coherent team always looking out for each other if anyone needs extra help with anything. Management are very professional and fair. They also go out of their way to make it a fun environment. They are generous with their time and make everyone feel like they are a part of a Monarch family.
    The challengesI am sometimes reluctant to ask for help even though all staff offer help at all times. There is a lot of knowledge to acquire in my role so it does require a commitment to stay on top of new courses as they are developed.
