Do not recommend or entertain working here.
The good thingsThe work was challenging enough and my team members were amazing.
The challengesLack of direction and leadership with significant intimidation from upper management. Constant redundancies to reduce costs results in additional workloads that are outside staff scopes being added regularly. Management is rife with inconsistencies as no written direction is provided, it is all verbal, which allows them to deny previous directions. Formalising to HR results in no responses or changes.

Not what I expected and would not recommend
The good thingsWFH REMOTE, lovely colleagues and great Team leader
The challengesUnrealistic expectations to constantly adapt to constant changes during your working day. No structure/consistency/stability to the role. HR does not support much flexibility with work/life balance and very rigid with leave policies and flexible working arrangements. Strict adherence with monitoring. Pay is very average and no increases. Many restructures and redundancies. Upper management does not seem to understand the needs of the business at ground level.

horrible toxic workplace that will break you down and spit you out
The good thingsSome good people at agent level
The challengeshorrible leadership - the team leads were pretty good but above that was a circus. worst operations and general management I've ever experienced. HR are purely out for the company and will lie or hide from any truths being told. be very careful applying here I would encourage anyone to read the reddit threads and glassdoor reviews before considering this place for employment.

Foul company with no morals, stay away!
The good thingsFully remote role That’s about it
The challengesToxic positivity. Encouraged to apply for internal roles, only ever given positive feedback from team leader UNTIL you question how a process is done. Next minute you are in a meeting with HR and being terminated with no warning, review or management plan. Absolutely disgusting and soul destroying. No autonomy or respect as a clinician, they want you to be a robot and grind through patients.
