    The good thingsMy experience joining Moorabool has been entirely positive. It's not often that HR people are well received across an entire organisation but this has been my experience.

    Great people, unfortunately way too much micro management from top down
    The good thingsMost of the people I worked with were fabulous and passionate about their work. I was exposed to many new things and learnt a lot.
    The challengesLots of micro management from the top of the organisation, and I felt undermined and distrusted. Good colleagues left the organisation due to overwork. I was left to deal with the extra workload for months without any recogntion or appreciation. Lack of knowledge processes meant I had to learn a lot on the job (which was great), however I had to explain and justify every step to management which was unproductive. I was overloaded and unappreciated. I was very stressed at times due to these conditions which affected my health. Offices were crowded and difficult to work in.
