    The good thingsWorking along side such an inspirational group of colleagues. Having such a career development opportunity whereby offering me to conduct a traineeship through the company to help develop my skills in the Real Estate Industry and also progress within the industry with qualifications. It's really the people you work with that are all so approachable no matter what area of the industry they work in or what office they are based in. You never feel alone along your journey. I am proud to be apart of the Morton Family.

    The challengesWorking within a highly competitive sales environment is always a challenge. Accountability and compliance are a challenge but I see this as a positive challenge to improve and succeed as a leader in my market place and achieve high volume of sales.

    The good thingsCulture within the office, support, ongoing training and the genuine need to see their employees succeed. No one is too big, no one is too small.
    The challengesDepends, everyone has different goals. If you are lazy and relaxed you are not going to succeed anywhere anyway. You need to know that this is hard work, long hours and a commitment for the long game. You are not going to make 1,000,000 overnight. Don't get me wrong, you can earn more than lawyers and doctors. But it wont happen in 1 year.

    The good thingsMorton is great! The culture is so supportive, and everyone is friendly and great to work with. Ewan Morton is a great leader and supports career growth. I wouldn't work for any other Real Estate agency. This is the best of the best.
    The challengesPeople work here for so long, sometimes there isn't quick opportunity to progress. In saying that, Morton are open to creating and redefining roles.

    The challengesWorking for this company was the worst thing i have ever experienced in my real estate career. It made me second think about the industry and I looked at going to drive for uber just to get out of there.
