    The good thingsThe clients deserved better.
    The challengesTop down approach- autocratic leadership. High turnover of staff in HO HR do not know the basics of OHS or employee rights Poor communication Unprofessional managers Money remains with the executive staff, while client areas are well underfunded.

    The challengesAdapting to massive changes to how not-for profit places that deal with Disability, due to the NDIS. It's how it's gonna be everywhere. Mental and Physical exhaustion... but it's mostly worth it. It's a jungle in there. Keep your wits, question everything. Make informed decisions.
