    Glad this company has shutdown in Victoria!Positive: Discount on car insurance was the only positive with this joint. Negatives: People in management who have never managed staff before and who allowed bad "clicky" behaviour amongst staff members. Upper management having no idea how to run a company, policies and procedures changing far too often as well as opening and closing new sites before you can even blink an eyelid. Lastly, the mistreatment by customers was extremely demoralising and I would NOT recommend working here.

    Stay away from the sinking ship
    The good thingsThey never missed a pay run so I always got paid
    The challengesWorst senior management team I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I went on extended leave because of their extreme incompetence and couldn’t handle the idiocy I was surrounded by. Not only in my department. But the whole company.

    The good thingsMeeting new people, warm welcoming
    The challengesManagment, lack of support, having to deal with a wash bay area falling to bits/ Vacuum cleaner didn't work for 3months never got fixed, drain was always blocked and rusted metal floors with sharp edges sticking out leading on to be a hazardous area.

    Love working for Motorserve, best job that I have had, love the culture and support and the 50% discount on insurance. Have recommended work for family members aswell.

I have been here about a year now, and I have not heard any grubling about management or the company or even co-workers.
