great place to start your automotive career but learn what you can and move on quickly, up to 3 years here only.
The good thingsvery autonomous in your day to day duties, as long as the standard set tasks are done no one will be looking over your shoulder
The challengestoo many chiefs and not enough indians, key staff hide from tasks that could move the business forward or duck shove responsibility to those that do not have the required experience to be in their positions, visually no chance of getting a promotion unless you live in Sydney or you are too far up non important peoples preverbial, HR runs the show including sales and operations which has a devastatingly negative effect on morale and remuneration is minimal year on year

Summing up. A great place to work especially you like thw technical side of sales.
The good thingsGood moral and team spirit. The technical support team are great. Great inventory of products, modern facility.
The challengesBroad product range means they can supply almost all of the customers needs but also creates challenges for the sales team to keep up.
