    For a company that produces essential medical equipment and products that are saving/changing lives everyday. And for a company that overemphasises on “care” being an integral factor of the company’s core values. I can say whole heartedly, during my tenure here, there was none, none was provided to me. And it is a problem that trickles down from all management levels (from line manager, senior manager to upper management). There is a true sense of inauthenticity within this company which is disappointing as someone who saw immense potential and value in working for a company that was bringing such positive change in the community. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the hassle and heartache and apply elsewhere. Companies that are authentic and truly practice what they preach. Everyone deserves better than this.
    The good thingsAs most workplaces, there is plenty of good people within it. And I had an enjoyable time working with them. However by the end, the negatives heavily outweighed the positives.

    If you want to do overtime without any compensations, you will get burned out quick and be miserable. Management are invisible.

    Management only care about the money. Not about the employees. Especially warehouse staffs.
