    Positive experience, but some challenges
    The good things- Work balance, the managers would support through studies - The employees, the girls are all hard working
    The challenges- head office can be difficult to work with - working individually can be difficult

    Not the best place to work.
    The good thingsMade some nice friends, learnt a lot about perfume and Chemist Warehouse Christmas parties were okay.
    The challengesThey would put extreme pressure on you with crazy deadlines but they were always seriously under staffed. High up management ignored many many emails and would rarely acknowledge their staff when needing help or assistance.

    A wonderful and professional experience
    The good thingsWork life balance is exceptional as employer worked around my university commitments. Management is wonderful, friendly and always willing to assist. Benefits include the generous staff discounts or yearly in store competitions. Opportunity for career development are available throughout the entire My Chemist Group

    Its all going great but then you don’t have a single shift for a month
    The good thingsGood hours for about 8 weeks of the year.
    The challengesNo official store hierarchy, just casuals pretending they’re in charge. No communication from management. Below average breaks. Slow environment. No staff training. Small kiosks.

    The good thingsDiscounted perfume. Customer satisfaction. Discounts for a few other stores.
    The challengesWorking in confined spaces with little room and poor organisational skills. Out dated perfumes. Kiosks are easily accessible to thieves.

    The good thingsFlexible and relatively easy work. Good environment to be in. Co-workers are all of similar age so it made fitting in and feeling comfortable really easy.
