Good entry into mining with unique opportunities and valuable hands-on experience not available at more developed mining companies.
The good thingsNathan River is a great entry point into the mining industry. Food has improved massively, there’s a good gym at the mine, and the Wi-Fi has also improved a lot recently. Equal time roster so good work/life balance.
The challengesCan be challenging at times like any mining/FIFO job, weather affected just like any tropical climate. Remote location.

Still starting up. Might be alright in 10years time once it is brought up to scratch. Ok for beginners starting out in the mining industry.
The good thingsRoster. Camp food. Fishing (after hours).
The challengesNot established. Start up company. No isolation or lockout procedures. Unsafe work site. Dirty and dusty site. Mouldy run down cap with no communal areas or irrigation etc. Depressing place to work.
