    An organisation that cares about the community and it’s people!
    The good thingsGreat to be working in a small agency with a great purpose, where the employees care for each other and the community. Ideal place to progress your career because it’s small size means there are a lot of opportunities to pitch in and develop new skills. Excellent working conditions, where work life balance is genuinely supported.
    The challengesNot too many shops around so it’s important to pack your own lunch.

    Good to learn about blood but don't expect anything startling to happen.
    The good thingsSmallish unit which allowed a lot of interaction.
    The challengesTypical public service mentality of no accountability. Scared of outsiders, wrong people in some jobs.
