    The challengesExtremely toxic company, disrespectful work colleagues, high turnover in staff, outdated working processes, lack of training and deceitful management. The general manager of this business lacks conflict management skills, the ability to effectively communicate and has a huge behavioural problem. Do your research before joining this company. To the general manager: practice what you preach.
