    Challenging but very rewarding.
    The good thingsUnderstanding bosses, opportunities to be involved in new projects, flexible work arrangements available upon discussion with bosses.
    The challengesTrouble shooting experimental results if things dont turn out the way we expect. This involves more time and money spent on buying reagents for testing and troubleshooting.
